What is RISE Fitness? RISE is a place for growth, improvement and betterment. At RISE, we move from a lower place of dissatisfaction, low energy, pain and weakness to a stronger place of confidence, strength and increased energy to take on anything life throws at us. When we RISE, we take the initiative to no longer sit back and accept the current situation but rather seek to change the standard. When we RISE, our old wishes become our new standards. The best way to RISE, is to RISE together and you can be assured that you have found a place to do just that. Our members are constantly seeking to move, to improve and to RISE to that next level.

My WHY
Many years ago, I was in a place of constant pain, frustration and high-level anxiety due to the work I was doing in the tech industry. I saw fitness as a medium that helped those closest to me handle and overcome the trials they were facing. I decided to make a change for myself. I not only was able to remove some of the previously mentioned feelings but found a new form of self-acceptance, inner confidence and peace to handle the many daily obstacles I was facing. That progress and realization led me to fulfilling the long held passion to help those around me.
Favorite Exercise
Anything usually involving a kettlebell, Kettlebell Swings are great
Favorite Food
Sushi and Steaks for sure but I have trouble saying no to donuts!

Sports- especially soccer, volleyball and golf

My WHY
I wanted to become a trainer to help others realize that no matter what you may be going through, having a healthy relationship with exercise can give you your power to gain control over the struggles that come physically, mentally & emotionally.
I’ve had many health struggles, being in and out of hospitals since I was 19 & because of a lifestyle change through exercise & food, I have gained more control over my life than I thought was possible. I owe my growth to my relationship with exercise and nutrition. I now want to help others find happiness in achieving the same!
